What is Humm?

Humm is one of Australia's leading "Buy Now Pay Later" payment providers. Previously trading as Ezi-Pay and Oxipay. They combined the two to become Humm, providing shoppers with a straight forward and simple way to BNPL without interest on purchases between $1 and $30,000.

It can be used for shopping for clothing and shoes, electronics and tech, kids toys and games, furniture, beauty and makeup, home appliances and so much more. In fact, you can use Humm for just about anything you can think of. Pay Later Finder gives you a search that matches product based queries to merchants, so for example you could search for 'gopro camera' to discover Humm Stores that sell those goods. Get started using the search in the header above.

How Humm works?

It works by simply breaking your purchase down into interest-free instalments. You simply find a retailer who has Humm as a payment option (use the search at the top of the screen to make this really easy), and then select Humm as the payment option during the checkout process. Then simply follow the prompts to either register a new account, or sign in to your existing account.

Who can use Humm?

  • Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Have a valid debit card in your name.
  • Have never declared bankruptcy or insolvency.

Is there a minimum spend?

You can use Humm 'little things' for purchases between $1 and $2,000. For orders over $2,000 (and up to $30,000) then it requires their product Humm 'Big Things'.

How many orders can I have?

With 'Little Things' (Up to $2k) you can place as many orders as your would like. With 'Big Things' ($2k to $30k) then there is a fee on any additional orders. We also recommend to check their Returns & Fee's page for Terms & Conditions.

What if I haven’t received my goods?

It's best to first get in touch with the shop you have purchased from and ask for an expected delivery date. You will often find they will send you tracking details so you can easily see where your parcel currently is in transit.
